Herb Potato Wedges

During the football season I was looking for snacks that I could make that didn’t involve me spending much time in the kitchen. These potato wedges proved to be the perfect thing as they could be prepared in advance and then thrown in the oven and left to do their own thing and finger food is always great for groups to share. I sprinkled them with olive oil and herbs but they could be seasoned with any topping of your choice and of course paired with any dip that works with any other dishes you may be serving.
